Lucemi and Cuesta again had a pretty good game overall. They were basically under siege the entire game with Liverpool playing their most attacking lineup all season, not a ton to be done but they showed pretty well. I think they both should be getting close to being considered 3/4 in our depth chart, Cuesta still has more to show but Lucemi at least should be given chances when needed.
Honestly i dont know how long will be our davinson mina couple.....their concistency problems and injure problems in clubs, give me doubts... With time i think lucumi maybe can get an starting spot....
I think Mina and Davinson are big favorites to keep the job. Have to realize they are still really, really young in CB terms so they should continue to get more consistent, Mina's injury problems are a concern though. Either way having 3 quality young CB's is great, and having competition for those 2 spots is going to make them better.
With Mina's current knee injury it is nice to have someone like Lucumi who can back him up. I know, thanks Faryd.
why be is it nice the coach is just going to bench him for Cristinan Zapata, Oscar Murillo or maybe he called Jeison again and starts him over this dude or better yet he uses Medina as a Cb over him
