Cordoba with the 1-1 assist today against Zenit. Pure definition of “hold up play”

Jhon was awarded the “Balón de Oro”of Krasnodar.
He has achieved the team records for the most Goals and Assists in the history of the club.

cool ... hope he does better for our NT if he is #1 or #2 striker since no one else comes close other than Suarez.... but our options have 4,6,6 goals on the NT that is pretty terrible

    awesome he score?

he has yet to score on a team that isn't 3rd or 4th tier for us. Hope that is fixed for the WC but fact we haven't tried new strikers is wild with how bad all of them are up front for us

We scored after he came on and had a couple of hand balls not called that could have actually tied things for France. He was a catalyst.

Be serious and give credit when it's due.

we need goals... he had a bunch of chances.... we have had a long history of guys who just don't score but do everything else well.....

we need goals or assist. that goes for all our strikers

Who do you think would do better than Cordoba ? Which new strikers are going to play better than him and score against top tier teams?

Lol. So you just posted to criticize this guy for the sake of posting something because none of our 9s scored in the last break?

Cordoba isn't the guy I want starting ahead of Suarez either but he worked his butt off in this last break and def earned some respect from me.

If we are going on scoring, Suarez and Cordoba are our best in form 9s anyway with their clubs and they have each missed howlers in yellow (Suarez with the more laughable one recently...)

Cordoba is who he is, he makes the most of his ability and works his butt off. He's earned his spot, even if he's not gonna be the guy you want starting against top competition and he has flaws, he works and offers a good skillset if we use him correctly.

Clutch goal by Cordoba via header from a cross to give Krasnodar 2-1 win - 3 more league games before they potentially win the league back to back seasons and also a 1 or 2 league cup matches remain

also earned the penalty for their first goal

for all the burlas we give the guy - he’s doing what we want from our players leading up to the World Cup. With other strikers cooling off or showing fatigue, Cordoba is showing excellent form and fitness

Krasnodar win in penalties their domestic cup semifinal against Dinamo

Cordoba makes the first penalty for the team

Kudos to Cordoba for his role in two potential trophies this season...
