Do you think Jesse has anything left to improve this team? I mean, at what point do you say, "You've taken this team as far as you can. I don't see you being able to do much more. Thanks for your time. Lets get someone else in here." I guess we'd be questioning his adaptability to the league and opponents and his limits to improving the team.

I'll say this for him: He hasn't had much luck with starters staying healthy (Royer, Grella, Collin, Baah) and you wonder how much stronger would the team be if they were all healthy and playing.

He did change the formation to a (5-4-1, or 3-2-4-1, or whatever that is) to field his strongest players. It has brought us some success.

IDK, what do you think? Keep up the great work? Or Thanks for your time but I think we're ready to go in another direction?

He has 2 things left to do:

    1. Stop the counterattack goals.
    2. Which will then lead to an MLS Cup.

August 21 will be the first American Coaches Bundesliga Derby when Marsch & Leipzig host Matarazzo & VfB Stuttgart - featuring two teams with head coaches born, raised in the United States and educated in Ivy League schools (who played against each other once). Pretty remarkable.

Leeds head coach Jesse Marsch said he is unlikely to ever forget Joe Gelhardt’s stoppage-time winner against Norwich which sealed his first victory at the club.
Teenager Gelhardt stepped off the bench to clinch Leeds a vital 2-1 triumph against their relegation rivals just after Kenny McLean’s equaliser in added time had appeared to have snatched Norwich an unlikely point

Jesse Marsch is the 'clear frontrunner' for the USMNT head coach position and his appointment is “practically done”
He will reportedly begin after the CONCACAF Gold Cup this summer.
