    Finally, Fire fans might look for Jerzy Podbrozny in a Fire uniform. Podbrozny,
    who last played for the Fire in 1999, has spent the last three years learning
    English and scoring goals for various Polish clubs. 'He could be the offensive
    force and locker room leader that really sparks the Fire this season,' said a
    Fire coach. 'Now that he speaks English, he's a laugh a minute.' No word whether
    Ante Razov will give up the #9 uniform number.


    Is this true? Am I slow?

    Was that from YESTERDAY's Insider? It sure sounds like an April Fools joke to me.

    That what I thought, considering that there is no story attached and no sightings of him reported at camp.

    Glad he finally learned english. :p

    Anyone know, is he still playing in the Polish league? Haven't heard much about him.
