Goals like that are always welcomed but if Chelsea wasn't so bad this season I would be significantly more hyped. Still I hope this helps him develop a lot more with confidence.

Even though i agree he should have gone to a better league, his performance with Colombia has been key.
I doubt Lorenzo will sub him unless injured.

 

When available Lerma usually starts and he started our last official match with Castaño.

But with the way Rios is playing at Palmeiras it is difficult to know what will happen come Copa.
Any combo of Uribe-Lerma-Castaño-Rios could be out there.

 

I like Rios in Palmeiras but in the NT he has not shown his full potential..
I am sticking with Lerma Castano

 

I agree, and I think that will probably be the combo we see against Spain next month.

Against Romania we may experiment a bit and against USA in the summer friendly. If Rios looks good in those matches he has a chance.

Then we have guys like Puerta & Solis who in the future will be candidates this cycle.
I even like the way Portilla has been playing in Argentina and think he should get a chance by the end of the year.

 

it sucks he didn’t get to play in the last 2 friendlies. Feel Rios hasn’t been given enough minutes.

Hope Uribe is out of the NT and it’s Rios, Lerma, Castano + more exciting players that pop up

 

You keep on bringing up the last 2 friendlies. Club teams were not obligated to release players for those matches. Rios has become a major part of Palmeiras' midfield so you should not be surprised that he was not permitted to go.
