Jefferson Lerma - News and Comments

Not saying its all down to Jefferson but Bournemouth have almost the same squad, same coach and are night and day compared to last year. They've come in more settled and last year was a pretty significant drop off from the year before but they clearly missed an all action CM who could cover a lot of ground while still being able to take care of the ball. They really are a match made in heaven, they play with 2 forwards so need players who can carry a heavy load in midfield and Lerma fits the bill playing in a 2 man midfield.

 

Yea man but the only reason he is there is because Pekerman and Losano got money or got paid to play him (joking obviously unless you listen to Velez)

 

I can't believe they tried to push that, Lerma had a great season for Levante and he wasn't even the mistake against England, he was actually in a roll that is suited for him Sanchez was the only mistake. Lerma also usefull at rightback, just an easy pick for the squad.

In 2 of the goals against Bournemouth I think Lerma could have been more involved in preventing them, but maybe I’m being nit picky.

I've watched a lot of Bournmeouth this season. Lerma has really impressed me with his manner of playing. By far the best Colombian EPL performer so far (this year, not talking JPA era)
