Bring his ass Back because he's wicked! every time I turn around he's scoring goals. We r always letting good yound talent go: Morientes, Portillo, and probably Soldados next...

You're right we shouldn't let players like him go to easy. But they need time to play and if we let our youngsters play regularly i doubt that you would feel the same way. They need experience to grow as football players. And it's just to difficult to get that experince in Real Madrid. And by the way he's on loan to Club Brugge and not Fiorentina!

Portillo had 2 goals in Brugge's 3-0 win this weekend.

Go to www.debrugge.be and click on beelden under Club Brugge 3-0 Brussels to see the goals.

If anyone is interested, Portillo scored today in the UEFA Cup against Roma, but his Club Brugge lost 2-1.

Good to hear Portillo is scoring (atleast once in a while) for Brugge. Does anyone think he has a future with Real Madrid?

I think no. Real is grooming Soldado as their next young up front player and I see no place what so ever for Portillo. Next summer he should be sold.

Yeah i think the Club decided he had no future a while ago. He was getting games in the first team a couple years ago, then got loaned out again and again as our galactico buying philosophy turned out more and more forwards. We may as well sell him, he's a good player.

I dont agree that we should sell him next summer but its true that Real is making Soldado the next big thing. I really like Portillo I think he has alot of talent and alot to offer to this team I'd take him over Soldado(mainly because he has more experience) but i think he'll be gone this summer:( ...

If Portillo ditches that horrendous haircut... I might think about taking him back.
But in all seriousness Soldado is youner and better IMO. Moreover, he doesn't get his daddy to say things like 'Raul has too much influence on Teal's coaches and thats why my son doesn't play.' Its not like he is lighting the world on fire in Belgium... I say we either keep him loaned out or sell him.
