This is a Thai local dealer of Honda Motorcycle, so it has no relation to Japanese players. I'd love if we got Nagatomo though.

Inter has absolutely NO intention of selling Nagatomo.

    Yoshida & Cullen survived relegation.

VVV beat Zwolle 4-3 after 2 legs.

This made it! All Japanese players and their respective teams all made it through the difficult times. None are relegated, and Hosogai with Augsburg are even promoted to the Bundesliga 1.
I'll be waiting for next season to see the Europe based players in action after the summer. Now J League and the Japan National Team have my full attention. Good Luck to all the Japanese Players.

Sabadell are promoted so hopefully Ibusuki will play in the Segunda division next season.

    No..... NOT our no.1 GK.

tbh, any goalkeeper going to the EPL will have to fight for their spot so I'd rather he travel there than go to VVV who are about as likely to stay in the first division as Lierse next season.

If moving to clubs like WBA or Fulham already means he should expect to sit on the bench for a while, I must say I don't particularly like the idea.

We had this discussion before here, but Scott Carson at WBA is younger than Kawashima and also the captain, while if Schwarzer wants to go on playing at Fulham he will play.

VVV is not exciting but it is still a little step up and honestly I am starting to like the idea of a half-Japanese club in Holland... ;)

Ok, we can shelve that story about Kawashima.

Kawashima is good. He has excellent reflexes, Be he still needs to improve a lot to get the attention of big clubs.

I was just watching a old game on Fox Soccer channel, it was the Japan vs England Match, dated 05-30-2010, friendly for preparation for the then 2010 World Cup, I olnly watch from the 55th minute. despite losing 2-1, both of which from from own goals from our top CB duo, Tulio and Nakazawa, Kawashima was perform great. He made a great save from a PK (Lampard), saved a straight on shot from Rooney then punch an on-target curling kick from Rooney. (I only got to watch till the 77th minute.
Kawashima really perform well, I hope he make it to the top.

The thing about Kawashima is he is way too inconsistent. There are games where he looks like the best keeper in the world, then there are some where he looks like an ameteur. Against Australia and Korea in the Asian Cup he was brilliant, but up until those games he was shaky to say the least.

I think he gained tons of experience and confidence after basically winning those two games for Japan in the last two games. I heard he was ok in Leirse he gave up lots of goals because of the poor defense. I dont think thats such a bad thing as he gets more practice.

I'd love to see him go to the EPL but of course as a starter, probably a bottom of the table team and of course a team where he can compete for a job...and most likely win it. I think even 2nd Division EPL team would be slightly better than where he is now.

Lot of praise coming from the trainer. I wonder if he'll stick around longer. Making the first team coming from the youth system of an European Club would be a huge performance.

What if he don't get playing time? Better stay with Lierse then
