    Another FK chance.
Couldn't get a good shot off but now Tanaka fouled yet again. This time a yellow and free kick.

I think the gates have been opened and we'll now start to get a few more, unless they do a bahrain in defending up to 80 minuites and then start to attack

Tulio just missed the FK. Would be nice to see him score in front of his parents. He really has been the 3rd FW today.

Ha that was funny. 3 guys jumped on Santos like a pack of flies. Keeper is grassrolling again even though they are losing..

Another guy down. Japan didn't bother to kick it out this time. Guy is still down pretending he's dead.
ha, they just showed the replay. It was Tulio near him but once again hardly any contact.

Sato came in and "injured" another Yemen player.
This is funny. They must feel proud to get out with only a 1-0 loss and 1 shot.

Ooop sorry, its 2-0 now. Sato!! Gets the rebound of his own header and scores.

Game over at minute 51. Finally a ref added decent stoppage time.

Sato must have the best record of goals per minutes played. He really deserves a start.
He got a nice shot in the face as well.

I second that BIG TIME!!! You got Grass-rolling, fake dives, lots of missed chances, and a couple of goals.

Does the FK on the second goal count as an assist? if so thats 2 assists for Santos following his 2 goals.

Far from attractive football , no idea and no dynamics. Away game will be hard. I expected Tatsuya Tanaka, but disappointing. I agree Sato should be used next.

When the other team just packs all their guys in their area though, how can you play attractive football?
I say the best thing is to just pound the ball in front of the goal and cause confusion.
Japan created enough chances, just horrible finishing.
Maki should have had at least a hattrick.
