Nevermind, looks like Kiyal's off to Celtic. Haifa will receive a transfer fee of 2m euros. I think it's a good deal, I hope Biram succeeds in Glasgow. I suppose Silva will take his spot alongside Culma.
i dont like him....there are TONS of better players in Israel....i think he gets the special attention cause he is one the few "decent" Israeli-Arab players....
Ya he isnt that good, but I believe he can still improve, its a tough league in Scotland, and he will HAVE TO get better if he wants to survive in the north. Its only a positive for Israeli football. Unlike Barak Yitzhaki who leaves, only to come back 6 months later.
Barak did well....he came back cause home sickness, thats another issue....anyways i think if Kiyal goes to Celtic them Yeini should go to Manchester United or something....
descent? this KID held up the strongest midfield in our league last year he organised and managed the game butifully he is strong and tough he has good pass and a good shot he is a very smart player and again the reason for haifas succes is him
The only "special" attention he gets is from Beitar fans, but for the wrong reasons. Like greenapes said he was one of the most important players for Haifa the past 2 years. There's a reason Kashtan selected him as a starting player in the NT at the age of 20. Now I think Kashtan made a mistake giving him that responsibility when wasn't completely mature yet, but the truth is we don't have many defensive midfielders that are as strong and dependable as Kiyal. Yeah it will be difficult for him to get often playing time at Celtic, but it's a good move for him. Unlike in Israel the Scottish league will challenge him physically which is something he needs for his position.
yeah Kiyal was the best player in the league in the last 50 yrs, such an amazing player he makes Gattuso and Mascherano look like amateurs....give me a break no wonder u Haifa fans are called the monkeys....
we see what your worth you stupid maccabi fans think its all money it hurts that we can actually depend on our youth and not throw away money? you forgot whos the best israeli team in the last decade? the first to qualify to the champions league?who didnt spend millions on the galacticos that was a failure? go win a derby before you come talking big ok?
so what ur angry at us cause we have a rich owner? let me remind u something.... Ligat Ha'al titles Maccabi Tel Aviv 20 Maccabi Haifa 11 but lets stop this madness....here no hard feelings...!

lets see you againast olimpyacos and you have to stop glorifiying yourself in the past and ern some tropihies in the present
Rumours over in Glasgow that Celtic are interested in signing Itay Shechter and are willing to pay around £2m for him, is he any good? if he is anything like Kayal then I hope we pull this off.
Interesting how all of a sudden all these Israelis are heading to Scotland. I couldnt imagine a more different style of play or climate. Must be a pretty difficult transition
It's not going to happen, I'm not sure where these rumours come from but it seems likely he won't be leaving this window.
