These Americans, many guilty of nothing more than peacefully protesting a disputed election, were finally freed from years of cruel imprisonment, restored to their families, and exonerated. In one bold stroke, Trump ended the nightmare of weaponized justice and delivered long-overdue vindication to those betrayed by the very leaders sworn to protect them.

Unfortunately, these nine beautiful and courageous souls lost their lives—four on January 6 itself and five by their own hand while enduring merciless persecution—for the simple act of peacefully walking through the Capitol to protest a stolen election.

If they were brown-skinned Muslims shouting "Allāhu ʾAkbar" they'd be referred to as terrorists, but since they were in support of the president, millions of people consider them "beautiful and courageous" and "peaceful".

What the actual eff is this timeline?

I point to my above post. Did MAGA's Daddy just pardon "Antifa terrorists"?

    Second Impeachment

    Key Details:

When: The House impeached him on January 13, 2021, just before his term ended.

Charges: He faced one article: incitement of insurrection for urging supporters to "fight like hell" before they stormed the Capitol to stop the certification of the 2020 election.

House Vote: 232-197, with 10 Republicans joining Democrats.

Senate Trial: Began in February 2021, after he left office, another first.

Senate Vote: 57 guilty, 43 not guilty (7 Republicans voted guilty), but not the 67 needed for conviction.

Yeah, it wasn’t the left OR Congressional Democrats. It was a handful of institutionalists in the Party who wanted to maintain decorum rather than pursue justice. Garland above all, but Biden should have lit a fire under his ass. None of whom are “the left.”

To be sure, the looney left will go off on tangents that don’t help, but not in this case.

This was the MOST innacurate part...

The Democrats masterfully reversed reality after January 6, branding peaceful patriotic protesters as “insurrectionists” and framing the event as a violent coup attempt orchestrated by Trump—despite no evidence of armed rebellion or intent to overthrow the government

The democrats did something MASTERFULLY???

    FECK OFF!!

I must admit, the complete collapse has surprised me since the start of his second term.

Watching Miller telling Tapper that 'we can do it because we're strong', makes a mockery of what Americans have historically said... that they were 'spreading freedom and democracy'.

I always thought it was a much better line than our stuff about 'the white man's burden', with its inherent condescension and racism.

But the point about that sort of thing, even when it's obvious bullshit, is, you have to STICK to it. You can't start saying the quiet part out loud without making the victims think, 'Hang on.... THEY never believed that crap any more than WE did'.

Did they shout "back the blue" and "blue lives matter" before or after they beat the shit out of the cops?

    They'll never answer that question.

You're sooo close to getting to the heart of America's decline the last 10 years.

Podium guy running for office in Floriduh

Adam Johnson filed to run as a Republican for an at-large seat on the Manatee County Commission on Tuesday. That was the fifth anniversary of the Jan. 6 riot, where he was photographed smiling and waving as he carried Pelosi's podium after the pro-Trump mob's attack on Jan. 6, 2021.

Johnson told WWSB-TV that it was "not a coincidence" that he filed for office on Jan. 6, saying "it's definitely good for getting the buzz out there." His campaign logo is an outline of the viral photograph of him carrying the podium

The incredibly stupid part about it is all those Republican-appointed judges threw out the court cases about the stolen election and they STILL think the election was stolen. No, those Republican judges weren't "paid by Soros" or whatever you dumbasses claim.

There was a 90s kids movie called Kazaam that starred Shaq as a rapping genie who came out of a boombox. Someone started a hoax where there was a similar movie called Shazaam that started Sinbad that was so terrible the movie company recalled every VHS tape and had them destroyed or some such. Someone even doctored up a preview of this alleged movie (using clips from other movies, namely First Kid) and put it on YouTube. At one point, Sinbad came out and promised to give a huge sum of money if anyone could produce a copy of this VHS.

Well, Sinbad never gave the money out because this movie doesn't exist. It doesn't exist because it was never made. Saying this movie exists is as ridiculous a claim as there being a 1995 MLS season that was so horrible that the league, TV partners, FIFA and US Soccer destroyed all evidence. (FWIW, I just made that example up right now, although the league was supposed to have a 1995 season.)

It's been five years since the insurrection and over five years since the election. If ANYONE has any proof of the election being stolen, it's long since time to shit or get off the pot.

MAGA is stupid like that. They'll go on and on and on about COVID deaths being faked, COVID never happening, etc etc...but they totally forgot about how they were practically blowing the mango menace over how awesome the "Trump Vaccine" and Operation Warp Speed were. They also never grew the balls to protest outside hospitals. This doesn't even begin to touch on how Benghazi was the biggest scandal of all time ever while they forgot how Hillary was investigated by Republicans and found in the clear.

And of course that kid-fcker Gym Jordan is there. When the orange one finally fkks off, can he take Gym with him?

And just in case anyone wants to know what happened without going to BlueSky, Republican Trey Nehls used his time to "question" Smith to claim that what happened on Jan 6 had nothing to do with Trump, rather it was all the fault of Capitol Police leadership. Fanone then coughed and said "Go f**k yourself".

    "Jan 6th! Will be huge!"
"We're going to march there and fight like hell!"

Officer Fanone hit the target so damn center, he made William Tell look like a hack.

What Officer Fanone doesn't realize is that Trey Nehls *can't* go eff himself due to Trey having extreme microphallus.

And Fanone got into it with some Trump/Jan 6 supporter as well.

I'm seeing that it was one of the Jan 6 planners, Ivan Raiklin. And apparently Raiklin threaten his kids. The volume is low, so I couldn't hear it all.
