I don’t know why DOJ/Garland fanboys and girls think this is so funny Attorneys for five Proud Boys... said... that the Justice Department had informed them that a witness one of them had been prepared to call as part of the defense this week has been a government informant since 2021. 🤣https://t.co/4r6M9WpOR3— Rachel Bitecofer 🗽💡🔭🦆 (@RachelBitecofer) March 22, 2023 This seems to me like a pretty serious breach of pretrial disclosure by the DOJ (the confidential informant was not only talking to the PB’s after they were charged…but may have participated in conversations with the defendants attorneys where defense strategies were discussed) If anything…this will be one of their reasons for appealing their convictions. Just incredibly stupid by the DOJ.
IANAL,but I think if they didn't know about this till they saw the list of witnesses, they can say they revealed as soon as they were required to.The problem would be if they let him take the stand without disclosure .
I had the opening incantation to that track as my outgoing answering machine message for awhile back in my early 20’s. Effective telemarketer prevention strategy.
Her Journey in Satchitananda is a fantastic album. Some of the vibe of his later stuff but with less cacophony.
My Con-dar is pretty good. When I see a preacher-looking dude with crispy hair & that accent, I am 99.94% sure he's gonna be a Trumphumper SCOTT JENNINGS: In terms of the personalities involved in this, Costello seems like the only straight player to me@rgoodlaw: *destroys Costello's credibility* pic.twitter.com/vtilfEzRRm— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) March 24, 2023
1970- or 71? Those were PCP and Meth years for punks, and the band itself was self-destructing around heroin-- a tradition among Detroit start ups... We acid heads were listening to the Beatles, the Stones, the Dead, and soon the Allmans. Those of us who heard the Stooges at all thought they were a bad joke. When Iggy stage dived and everybody in the audience ducked and he broke three ribs it was almost a source of glee. Every now and then though, a band I generally disapprove of will hit one out of the park, and "Here Comes Success" is a great song on a subject no one has handled better, or as well...
Hold on, insurrectionists. Yer telling me that the proceeds for a song you recorded with a lifelong grifter who was responsible for you being in the "DC gulag" in the 1st place & is not paying for your legal defenses has gone missing? And you're appealing to him, Steve Bannon & Ka$h Patel for assistance? This has strong "All of our equipment was stolen by other Russian soldiers as soon as we got to the front, and we urge Putin to put a stop to this" energy.
We knew you'd be involved, Ted Bartiromo: Who's deciding who gets inaugurated? Cruz: It would be the results of that commission and what they find.. pic.twitter.com/yfqfNjSCb9— Acyn (@Acyn) April 25, 2023
As the OG garland critic around here…if the reason he and the DOJ had taken so long is they plan to take down every ********ing politician that was involved with this shit all at once…well…the best I can offer is to admit I was really really wrong.

What is the problem? He is clearly thinking of the country's best interests. He even said so! assuming the audio doesn't turn out to be AI generated, of course...
To the surprise shock and horror of absolutely nobody outside of the FBI, a former Special agent from….ah ******** it…you know exactly where…and when he was serving….has been arrested for his involvement in J6. NEW: An ex-FBI supervisory special agent has been arrested for storming the Capitol on Jan. 6.“Kill ‘em!" Jared Wise yelled as the mob attacked officers he called Nazis, per FBI."Kill ‘em! Kill ‘em! What's wild is that no FBI agents saw those pics and turned him in. Probably should question how many people he worked with were insurrection adjacent.— Tee Ryan ☮️ (@TMoneyPhoenix) May 3, 2023
??? If the police don't need to be reformed, what are you suggesting? Abolition? Like, sincerely, what is your argument?
