Or more accurately, the post-mortem thread.

1st loss in American history to Jamaica.

All I have to say is, Klinsmann's call-up inclusions and exclusions were the death of him tonight.

Kyle Beckerman has no business being in our XI for a match this crucial.

    Well done Jamaica.

Just 15 months ago, we incinerated these guys without Donovan in the starting XI. Obviously, it isn't a perfect comparison since today was an away match but I have vastly higher expectations.

I can't remember such a terrible loss since vs Mexico in the Gold Cup final. These players didn't care tonight.

Jurgen should be coaching for his job on Tuesday. Anything other than a win and he gets canned. Few other major soccer powers would tolerate a performance like this.

The passes were slower than the Jamaican players. That's what struck me again and again, how we would play an on-target pass... and a Jamaican player would catch the ball before it got to one of our players.

Wow. Thank goodness some two bit outfit bought the rights to this game so I couldn't watch it. Should be interesting to see what happens in the States.

There are many reasons to not make posts like this, but one of them is that it doesn't give Jamaica enough credit for just playing better.

Wasn't even just the lack of creativity. our midfield sucked defensively as well. Beckerman and Edu were both crap.

And all over the field our players lacked effort.

Yeah, Edu was really awful. He should have been pulled first.

I'd have settled for just no creativity. Edu, Beckerman, Jones and Williams were also turnover and foul machines. Absolutely atrocious stuff.

Gotta give credit to Jamaican strategies, but that was a miserable game.

if anyone saw the game with an open mind you can see the pitch played mind games with our boys, where was the one touch pass? the whole mid field was bad. looks like the humidity did a number on everyone. I hope Tuesday we come out to play like we know how to do it.

not only weak...they suck. Jones is a turnover machine. Beckerman is entirely responsible for goal 1. He jumps in the wall and hits his foot and goes in. He also made the foul that setup the kick

We had nobody that could create anything. 90 minutes of kick and run...im losing faith in Klinsmann we are no better than we were under Bradley...maybe worse

Jamaica did well but I am entitled to say that given the evidence of this COMPLETE lack of inspired play I am in the right inferring these players didn't care.
