    Very true amigo...
Osasuna is a team that could create problems and that was proved in our away fixture and in last week's game against Sevilla were they only lost because of a B.S penalty call.

However, in my personal opinion I think that we should win this game without many problems even if Puyol isn't playing.

Two key members of their first team [Dady and Josetxo I am not sure if one of the yellow cards got overturned by the LFP] are sanctioned because of their red cards in the Sevilla game. Their coach won't be on the bench for the same reason and the Czech international midfielder Jaroslav Plasil is not playing because of and injury..... So, they are not in the best shape right now and we should get the job done, if we play like the way we did against Villarreal, they have no chance... this is not arrogance it is just what should happen :D

The squad list against Osasuna :) with no Puyol who is out for a month :(

La lista completa de convocados es la siguiente:
    Valdés - Pinto
    Zambrotta - Oleguer - Thuram - Milito - Márquez - Abidal
    Edmílson - Xavi - Iniesta - Deco - Gudjohnsen
    Ronaldinho - Henry - Bojan - Giovani - Messi

    Mex-Fanboy wet dream!

EDIT: I would trade Vela for Gio any day of the week.

    Let the flame fanning begin!

Actually, I would for no other reason than Vela's height and better physicality.

    Both are amazing players though.

Yes, and just imagine how bad it would be if Gio ever did anything beneficial on the pitch.

So thanks to Almeria's heroics, we can cut the lead to 6 pts. with a win here, and maybe strike some fear into the putos with a virtuoso performance.

As I posted in a different thread, I am going to die if we squander this chance to cut the lead to 6 points. Hopefully Messi has another "Maradona" performance.

We need not only a win , but a good performance at least 3 goals with some attacking football . We must take this chance and cut this lead to six.

I'll take any win, regardless of the scoreline.

I won't be quite satisfied unless we see a double hat-trick from Henry, a Valdes brace and a hat-trick by Ronaldinho. The first one of Honaljeenyuh's 3 should be a penalty, second one a long distance shot or a slalom like Bernabeu 3-0, and the third one he can choose, but preferably a 40 m out left foot curled by outside of the foot free kick. :D

I would rather have MÁRQUEZ and Milito at CB and have Iniesta or Edmilson  at DMF... nothing against Thuram, I just think that MÁRQUEZ and Milito make a good partnership at CB... :)

What are the odds of Messi scoring a triple hattrick? I can be done right?

Only Ricardo knows. Depends who shows up tomorrow, the Ricardo from Man U or the one from Spain.

I don't remember who it was (it might be you Lucho) that said that a lot of goalkeepers lately have really tended to step up against us. I for one hope Ricardo has an off day ;).

Did you forget Messi's quad-trick? You know the one where each goal is scored by him swerving past eleven players... singlehandedly?? Tsk, tsk...

No, I would rather see El Kaiser in the middle and Thuram in the back with Milito.

My last words for now... Let it be a good, no-nonsense match, full of concentration, hard work, and pride.

Good luck, and see you all later.

If they also played like that we'd win every time.
