I'm pretty sure its not illegal to download the games if you live in a country that doesn't broadcast J-League games.

If that is the case though...
It would be illogical.

I really believe Japan should think seriously offering its games on good quality online-streaming, and make them available both in Japan and also abroad. The costs are minimal, the income won't be probably very high, but it still helps the league to grow worldwide...

Yeah but Japan is, as we know, scared of THE INTERNET. So that's not going to happen anytime soon.

You know Eurosport shows a J-League every saturday, and sometimes the midweek games as well. I don't know if they've a stream for it on their site.

Makino's changed his hairstyle twice since that long one he grew in the offseason.

edit: in reference to the J1vsJ2 match. And who is "Jiuton"?

I think you mean "Gilton".

Albirex Niigata's Brazilian Left-back.

Last season, that got me too.

It's the second worst transliteration ever, I believe, after of course "Fu kki" (=Hulk).

I think there was great justice in calling him Fukki though :D

Just too bad he didn't have "Ng-idiot" as last name.

But -hey- he entertained us for a bit...

If Japan had him instead of Nakazawa, perhaps we wouldn't have lost in Holland... ;)

Please post Sneijder's foul on Hasebe asap, if you can find it.

All media in Europe are lamenting how Japan "took out" Sneijder. No mention whatsoever of his foul, that was twice as bad than Honda's.

I have included this link on the Grampalogue, in which the Dutch manager apologies for some of his team's tackles in the first half.

Have also included Japanese and Dutch highlights. :)

I don't suppose anybody knows a way to watch the Netherlands match again ?
Despite the result, I'd like to see it in better quality again anyway.

I am royally pissed-off...

Since this week J1 & J2 games and shows on Sky Perfect TV have become encoded so that one can burn them on DVD only once... And the encoding makes it so that you can watch them ONLY on the DVD player you have burned them with...

EPL and Serie A games have been encoded this way since the beginning of the season, but why NOW suddenly applying the same to J.League?

For me it means I can't anymore burn games and shows on DVD and watch them on my laptop on the way to work, a huge disappointment... But what I really don't understand is how they could do this half-way through the season and expect that people who PAYS THEM won't be upset...

People using old DVD and VHS recorder (with no HD) might not be able to record games at all, making the whole SkyPerfecTV service a JOKE.

Why shouldn't be a subscriber able to record a game, burn it on DVD and watch it in a different location...? What does J.League loses if one does so??

Fcuking Ridicule!

They can expect a furious telephone call from me tomorrow... Gee I am MAD!!!:mad::mad:

If you are SkyPerfecTV users, please do call and complain too. They have a customer service in English: 0570-039-8889 (10:00 to 20:00)

I've always kinda wondered how that works...

Have you tried alternative players? VLC Player might work on the encoding. You could also use one of any well-known DVD-ripping software to copy to your harddrive and then re-burn as a normal DVD.
