FOX Sports World US airs Ganbare! on Fridays 6:30pm Eastern Time. FSI got the rights to the show from Japanese marketing agent Dentsu. Dentsu markets worldwide TV rights to the Europe-South America Cup (Intercontinental Cup) as well as worldwide TV rights to J.League. Dentsu is also the marketing agent representing the English Premier League in Japan. Dentsu usually turns around and sells EPL TV rights in Japan to NewsCorp-owned Japan Sky Sports (JSkySports). JSkySports is available exclusively on the SkyPerfectTV Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) system, which is managed by NewsCorp. There is of course some serious NewsCorp-style "tax management" going on with these deals.
Dentsu also markets Major League Baseball rights in Japan (and possibly other parts of Asia), and they are part-owners of SUM as one of their executives is an investor-operator in MLS.
