Well lost our chance for the Wooden Spoon, but we are almost a lock for last place in the East!

Please don't joke about being in a coma. You have had way too many serious illnesses over the last few years.

Asking Segroves to not use gallows humor is like asking the bird to not soar or the fish to not swim.

As someone who has spent time in a coma, joke away.

The gallows don't hold as much power anymore.

Please tell me that a certain former Chicago Player & multiple stint head coach will not be return as anything other than as a comped season ticketholder for life... lie if you have to
Aside from the current depressive state and possibly associated fouled up upper and lower GI (could also be my meds), I have my A1C down to 6.1 and I'm in good health - could possibly be chronic fatigue syndrome - might need a girlfriend
Overworked and Underfucked, but there are a couple of ladies that have expressed "interest" thanks to my Twitter hot takes
This is some true Indigenous wisdom...

Why does Segroves use gallows humor?
Why do the leaves fall in Hohchυffo Chito Hυshi (Big Famine Month - Nofimbi - November)
    It is in their nature...
I really do love all you people and I can't wait to visit again.

Update - The Sailor has worked his way up to Petty Officer 3rd Class and has been assigned to the USS Minnesota, currently at Pearl, soon to re-port to Guam to to keep our near peers in the Western Pacific on their toes...

He may have a brief assignment in AUS coming up where he plans to find out if it's true if Aussie Women have pouches and offer himself as tribute to them...
I didn't watch a single game this year - I refuse to pay Apple
The Columbus Mind can't comprehend this level of rightness...
My Brother - I am filled with joy and whimsy that your are with us...
Blessed are we that get another day with @Mac97

Not Chief (E7) - PO3 (E4) - it will be 2 years this coming February. Sub School & EW School was Loooooooooooog

He was planning for just one enlistment, then come home and learn to be a game warden, but he's also toying with staying in long enough to become COB (Chief of the Boat) on a sub.

You gotta be weird to get on a sub.

  14. I added the Chief, . . . erroneously. That's quite the mental transition from living in a tube to living in the big sky.

Gotta cousin who, in the navy in the early 70's, learned fluent Russian and then spent years stationed on a sub based in Japan.
We never asked him about what they were doing on that sub for months on end.:ninja:

In Sub School, I would get calls from him at 3:00 AM, him and 4 guys drunk AF, with his friends asking me life questions they couldn't ask their parents, because he told them I had all the dad answers...

Except there was always one unloading his stomach in the gutter in front of some New London bar.

    So proud
I think he will need it
He said a head cold is 20 times worse on a sub
His instructor in sub school said 90% of your submarine experience will be fighitng of homosexual advances and bullying the officers
