    Thats not the case. Ownership can be foreign . Canadian content is what Canadian law dictates.

    Why can't Philly ever play the Caps in DC when I'll be here? :mad:

    This season they'll be in DC on Dec 31 and Jan 6th when I'll be away for the holidays. This seems to happen every season. Oh well, I guess I'm in for a couple of extra Philly trips this year.
