Cesc is very good, but has 3 major problems: 1) he's fragile as hell, injured all the time; 2) very very bad in important matches - can't take responsibility; 3) couldn't lead his team to championships. That's why he left, but actually this is in great part due to his own innability to win trophies. In Barcelona he will fit in very well, because he will be far from being the main player. He just can't take responsibility. But, in view of those reasons, I guess he's quite overrated as a player.
Liverpool, Chelsea, and shitty should ******** off and scout their own players, and Arsenal should stop dilly dallying when it comes to signing players. I'm getting fed up with these clubs signing players on the back of our coat tails. I'm at the end of my tether with Arsenal Football Club. No one involved at Arsenal Football Club is capable.
i played against manyoo yesterday in fifa, and Tyler yelled "dimitar berbatov".. thought of you bro.. hahaha
you got a credible source? that guy was recently called up for our NT at 16 age, youngest player in our history. Would be a nice move.
DON'T GET TOO EXCITED. IT'S TWITTER BUT.... I've seen multiple tweets saying that Arsenal and Lille have agreed for the fee for Hazard. It's said that the personal terms have not been agreed and the kicker is the Udinese match. If we fail to qualify he won't agree.....I call bollocks but it's making me happy.
I don't get twitter. If enough people repeat it it almost becomes factual. It's worse than the papers and that's saying something.
I don't know which came first, Twitter or this article, but here it is: http://www.footybunker.com/top-quality-winger-will-sign-for-arsenal-if-they-qualify-for-champions-league/10022
Well, the people retweeting it said it's 'journo talk' and have seen it on the net. I think it's bs like I said but sometimes twitter actually has factual 'rumors'..
Fabregas wanted to go to Barcelona, because he was born there, grew up there, and was in their youth team. The point of the transfer was for him to go home. The fact that his home town has one of the biggest clubs in the world must have made it seem like a must to him.
The dubious part of the Eden Hazard rumor was that a) he has not agreed to personal terms, b) his personal terms specify that Arsenal must be in the Champions League. That seems contradictory...
It makes me wistful for the days of tribalfootball. And also reminds me of this quote: "I love rumors! Facts can be so misleading, where rumors, true or false, are often revealing."
This rumor is really picking pace today.I doubt that if he signs, it will be conditional to Arsenal qualifying to the CL Group Stage. That doesn't seem very plausible to me. There is an other rumor about Andre Ayew as well. Apparently he has a 13 M Euros clause and Arsenal may have submitted their request on time to trigger it. Both of them would just be spectacular additions.
I've seen him play a few times and I don't think he's anything special. He isn't an out and out striker, which is what we really need, not a winger hybrid type. We already got Gervinho. He's basically a shittier version of Gervinho if I could put it most simply. I don't know how clinical he can be because I've always seen him out on the wing. He's direct at least. That's pretty much all I can say about the guy, as I've only watched him a handful of times. He also plays for Ghana, which means bye, bye come January. I hope this rumor isn't true, but if it is, Wenger is a better judge of talent than I am. Edit. If Wenger plans on converting him to a permanent CF, it would be an interesting pick up. Dude is quick.
