My wife, Susanne, delivered our 7th child today. Named after the incredible Michael Owen, his name is Owen Aidan Prough. (3 pounds....nope, the Kaiser does not do crack, nor does his wife...just some major complications in the pregnancy.) While only 28 weeks old, he seems to be doing OK. We might still make a Crew game yet this season as the delivery came much sooner than expected. (To Bill, thanks for letting me have a few lines of your forum to talk about the new little KaiserWilhelm. We are actually looking for a small Liverpool kit that we can put the little bugger into.
I'm very honored to have Owen's name appear online for the first time on my PF. Congratulations. I'll say a prayer and hoist a glass. Welcome, Owen, to this strange, wonderful world. We'll do our best not to screw it up too badly until you're ready to take ownership. PS: The USA could use a good center mid.
We actually are going to call him Opie (Owen Prough). He will be our own little Opie Cunningham. Did you ever see that SNL with Eddie Murphy? Ron Howard guests on the news and Eddie Murphy calls him his own little Opie Cunningham. Guess you had to be there. BTW Bill, how old are your munchins? I have this guess that is based on different things you have said in different posting. I would have said you are 50+ and the kids are grown based upon your knowledge/life experience. But then, you surprised me when you said in the NY Times article that you and the kids were in the Carolinas(?) when you first saw FSW. So then, I came up with you being around 40 and the munchins being 10-12? Am I close?
