Also I watched this game at a bar with low volume. I saw people on Twitter complain about Zenga doing commentary. What was he on about?

Just read that Monotlivo was injured in post match training. Conte said to be furious. I'm not kidding

Dude must put some serious model airplane cement in his hair to give a bigger target for crosses.

The goal is to bring the least in form players possible.

Zenga keeps coming out saying the dumbest things. After a while, I couldn't stand listening to him any longer. I haven't forgiven him since he came out on Caniggia's goal in 1990.:eek::eek::eek::eek:
Of all the Brazilian goal scoring strikers , dribblers and play makers , do we really have to resort to him? If we have to get a ringer, I'm sure there are better ones somewhere who had a great grandma born in Italy.

I hope so but in his limited time Insigne didn't really have any impact today either

Seriously, he was a great GK. Too bad he will only be remembered for that 'uscita'. I met him when he played for the New England Revolution and then got his autograph on an Inter scarf my cousins gave me. Then I went behind the goal and yelled "Caniggia Caniggia Caniggia" all game long. I got the whole section to yell it and he looked up and shook his head. It didn't matter though because he still made great saves throughout the game...

Did he get a laugh at that? Up to that Caniggia goal, he was perfect in goal the entire tournament if I recall.

It didn't seem to affect him. I had remembered reading in the GDS before he came to MLS, he was at Padova in Serie B I believe it was and many fans yelled the same thing and he would laugh about it.

Good thing Montolivo stepped up his defensive abilities this year. And he's a better passer then DDR. No wonder Conte loves him

Guys relax. Germany lost today. These are friendlies for players to get a stretch before the real tournament. We kept a clean sheet and Scotland never had a shot on target til the 78th min or so. Defense wins championships

Not just that but purposely Conte even said he started players to just confirm he will not take them.

Good news, I have not been impressed with him at all recently. I prefer taking Motta. He has more experienced in Europe and plays for a better team.

Seemed to me like he was mostly on the left. Again it was tough as he didn't get much time in just stating he didn't get do anything good not bad.

Disclaimer: I would still 110% take him

Montolivo seems to be injured. Seriously that is good news. Take Motta and De Rossi, and then Jorginho, Parolo, and Benassi!

If Montolivo doesn't make it due to injury I'm going to cry
