little late to the party... looks like Conte is pretty set on a 3-5-2 whats your 3-5-2 formation IAF?
Not so sure about that but if we do 3-5-2 I think this is probably the best: -Insigne-Pelle- -Bernardeschi-Benassi-De Rossi-Jorginho-Florenzi- -Chiellini-Bonucci-Barzagli- -Buffon- I think we should stick with a 3-4-3 though. It suits our players better. Conte has tested a 3-5-2 but I don't think he is fixed on it at all, in fact I expect we will see different formations throughout this tournament.
Conte's playing 3 5 2 to start. Only a really bad result will make him waver from that formation. I actually like this lineup other than the front two. I would play Zaza/Pavoletti over Pelle, and would seriously consider playing Candreva over Insigne in that position (with Bernardeschi in the lineup you can easily switch to 4 3 3 and have Candreva's tenacity throughout).
I am not 100% confident about Candreva. He hasn't been good for Lazio this season, and sooner later it will dip in to the national team. Insigne is the better player.
