Chicago-I hear it is very difficult to find anywhere to watch Italian football in this city. Can this be true? Is there no Italian club fans in Chicago? Are people only interested in watching AC or Inter Milan play? What about all the other good Italian club teams-Roma, Lazio, Parma??
not that i can find. haven't tried little italy, maybe they have some places with rai international, but most of the pubs around me have fsc and rugby epl/spl (like sky i think) channels, not italian channels (of course nect year fsc shows italian football, so they will probably show it then.
Definitely has an english slant but it's the best soccer pub in chicago and a fantastic location to see a game.
i dont know about chicago but luckily i live near little italy in Boston so I go there to see the matches
yeah might help if i put the url of the pub in. good lord. sorry. http://www.theglobepub.com/ 1934 W. Irving . It's Irving and Damen basically. Hell of a place.
yeah, but true italian places to watch the game dont exist. I was on Harlem Ave during the WC. Other than that day, all the italian bars have eastern eurpoeans that go to them.
yeah, thanks. yeah I live a mile or two from there. it is very epl-centered, but in the champions league i have heard that it has a pretty large contigent of italian fans. I need to go check it out soon, as I have never been there.
Thanks all-I think it may be hard to get somewhere for Italian club football but I am sure that when there is some good football on it'll be found at the globe. This is what I hear anyway.
