Hey guys, as many of you know I'm in the process of completing a trans-Atlantic move, so won't be able to participate on a regular basis. Assuming he is interested, I would recommend dor02 as a replacement. He has been following the draft very closely from day one so it would be a seamless transition.

If you need me to take your place RandyNA74, I won't have any problem deputising. Just make sure that everyone else is fine with it.

I think I'll try and ask again since this thing is really getting old:

Is everyone ready to start up again? We would now proceed to the tournament round since everyone has drafted.

I think that everybody needs to be asked if they want to draft subs on not. That problem hasn't been solved yet. If subs won't be drafted, I wouldn't mind talking about players that weren't drafted.

I personally don't think subs are needed

Guys - hey - sorry to be out of touch, been absolutely slammed at
work. I'm game to pick up the draft though. Not a fan of subs, on the
    other hand .... Thoughts?

I don't know, we never really got full commitment from everybody and it seems Duck Manson has disappeared. Sempre has also been gone recently.

So are we going to scrap it?

well, I think it's officially abandoned, I should probably just unsticky it as well, since a lot of posters probably wouldn't want to get back into it and like I said some posters are missing.

Many apologies for that. I've been absolutely slammed with work the
last 4-5 months, and I think I'll soon have to resign my modship (is
that a word?) but it is a shame to have never done the tournament.
Fun draft though, and lots of good memories here. :)

I doubt many people would care but I'll mention a few players that could have been drafted:

Filippo Inzaghi, Roberto Boninsegna and Amadeo Biavati.
