The games will be on 2 July and 9 July. If Beitar Jerusalem advances, they will host the second leg against Charleroi of Belgium, who was seeded with a 7.440 coefficient. Hapoel Be'er Sheva starts in Qualifying Round 2 and will host the first leg against Thun of Switzerland, who was seeded with a 10.375 coefficient. Hapoel Be'er Sheva was unseeded with a 4.700 coefficient. Qualifying Round 2 will be played on 16 July and 23 July. Any Israeli clubs in Qualifying Round 3 will be unseeded, including Hapoel Ironi Kiryat Shmona, who has a 7.200 coefficient and starts in Qualifying Round 3. Qualifying Round 3 will be played on 30 July and 6 August.
