One way to wipe Israel off the map:
Is there a Right of Return for Palestinian government workers?
"Hamas ... employees ... have not been paid in seven months. By contrast, the 70,000 workers laid off in 2007 have remained on the Palestinian Authority's payroll, despite being unemployed."
Palestine tries another tack:
"The Palestinians can use the court to challenge the legality of Israeli settlement construction on occupied lands and to pursue war crimes charges connected to military activity."
It's about time Abbas stands up and stops bending over. isreali war crimes is what their nation is based on (Deir Yassin).
I looked over all the Threads in P&CE to find the most appropriate one for this. It was a very, very, very narrow win for this one!
With all the BS being spouted on this board and offered as "fact" from the anti -Israel segment you need to post this on every page of the thread.
The world is waking up to Israel apartheid policies and it is slowly becoming more of an international pariah then it already is http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/.premium-1.563242. Hopefully that tipping point comes soon.
Yep, working had and well indeed...
It could probably be "First Page!" on every thread.
So, with their fragmented approach and inability to agree, do the Palestinians resemble, dare I say, the Israelis?
"It's slowest pace in 5 years"
I agree. The amount of b.s coming from the pro-Israel crowd is so ridiculous and not rooted in reality, that I often find myself overwhelmed trying to counter their repetitive arguments.
Very fitting pic indeed. lol
Well, if only you stopped divesting this year... This is so hilarious, that a country who is a perpetual state of war and with all the current BSD crap is still able to grow at a higher pace than most developed nations and be the second to SV hub for start-ups.
It's refreshing to see that there is unanimous agreement on who can throw the furthest!
So did Apartheid South Africa in the 1970s then Soweto was the tipping point and international isolation and sanctions crushed the SA economy Isreal will be entering that phase soon. Easy to grow when your a welfare state like Isreal being artificially propped up by the USA with unlimited Aid and subsidies.
It's also easy when you steal other people's products, labour and other resources. Like other people's taxes.
The Palestinians have recently pursued totally peaceful means to achieve peace and independence by taking steps to apply for membership to the ICC. This is totally non-violent and a laudable action, as it promotes compliance with international laws and subjects the Palestinians (as well as any israelis occupying Palestinian territory) to the jurisdiction of international institutions. In return, israel has "withheld" (read: stolen) Palestinian tax receipts, effectively engaging in collective punishment. This is the type of entity the Palestinians are dealing with.
Great article Isreal entire policy is to keep the palestinian economy compeltely ruined and exploit palestinian labour for their own purposes. Kinda remind you have another regime that kept people destitute while exploiting them for cheap labour?
You mean by giving water, electricity, supplies, food, etc? And in return to get hate and terrorism?
israel is so generous, giving all this free stuff and not taking anything back in return. It brings a tear to my eye, all this selfless giving. I sometimes wonder whether they don't just stop being so charitable.
I also wonder why they don't give all this free electricity and water and supplies and food to its other neighbours such as Jordan and Egypt and Syria? Why this favouritism towards the Palestinians? It really is mind-boggling.
Someone has to give help and be decent as you know, Palestinians can't really rely on their Arab brothers to do something meaningful that does not involve killing Jews or Palestinians.
Let us all pray that the Palestinians will one day be able to return the favour by doing to the israelis exactly what the israelis have so generously been doing to the Palestinians. Amen.
That would be impossible as the rest of the world would suddenly have to feel bad for the Jews. But keep praying...
Wild cheers for proposed invasion of Israel
What's it called when you keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. It seems like a football training drill of keepaway by the Arabs and Jews with the Palestinians in the middle.
