Could be. They're discussing it now on the MLS General Boards (the person claiming it to be true is the ever-reliable jade1mls, so insert your preferred cliche about a grain of salt here).

If it is true, though, I'm fairly pleased. I like that red is included a bit more prominantly in the home kit. I like the collar, too. Is the away kit gray? That would be an interesting change.

But as always, the real test comes when a player actually puts on the uniform. Then we can see just how good or bad the new uniform will be.

The training jersey, OTOH, looks awful. What kind of design is that????

Eww, I hope not. They don't seem to go with any Adidas templates too, or at least none I've seen.

Well I guess 3rd Degree, a FC Dallas blog, has confirmed with their MLS sources that at least the leaked images of the Dallas and Houston mockups are correct. It's all still rumor, of course.

I think they look pretty cool myself, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Looks like some cheap Asian creation to me.

Yea, look how crooked the flag is (I can't even call it a badge).

I think that may just be a matter of perspective.

However, I do agree that even if these are true mockups, they definitely don't look like the finished product.

Craig mentioned at the tailgate that he had signed off on the new design just last week, and was curious what we thought they might look like. No sponsor was mentioned.

These look like training jerseys, I'd rather have the intestine outline template that Houston has.

I bet they look just like this year's haha...

well actually we're guaranteed to resemble at least 4 other teams, adidas only uses 3 templates in MLS.

And hey, it won't be a star. It'll be the scudetto. :D

wee really need some class looking kits for a change i haven't been please with most of the jerseys we have had. Also its really time for the flag to be changed into some type of badge. I never have really cared for it much. This is all my own opinion tho

    That is some serious ugly.

Until someone with more credentials than jade and a ebay seller confirms it, I'll patiently wait.

Craig also did a straw poll about collar preference and the majority said they liked the collar. So who knows, this may have merit.

There are a number of things to like about this design (in addition to the collar). I like that there is blue and white in the away design. I like that logo is not a patch (I guess we can expect that now, but there was a time...) I like that it doesn't say "Revolution" across the front in the crayon font (although I have mixed emotions about the sponsorship, I don't like the idea of paying top dollar to become a walking billboard) And I do love kits with collars, especially as someone said, you can wear it to work.

Even if they are just polos I might consider buying one.

EDIT: they are definitely not polos, they have no buttons! They also have the "climate control" sides, MLS patch on sleeve, etc. And the logo is a sewn on patch, but it doesn't include the white square background that makes it look silly. The more I look at it the more I like it. I'm too cheap usually to spend $50 on a jersey, but if this is it AND it really is available now (or soon) I could see putting this on my Christmas list.
