The 1st link is the new ball for the Women's World Cup tournament. It's from a seller in the US, but I would ask for pictures of the actual ball. The 2nd link is from a seller in China. That alone raises a bunch of flags. I would buy the first ball but ask for pictures to make sure.
1st one is legit, it's where I bought a speedwell for $56 The second one is fake for sure. I asked him questions about it and he just said it's a good ball in bad English
Chinese stuff is always cheap, so it is difficult to judge if it is a fake. If you don't trust them, you could choose a local seller.
