Is Jack done with MLS

    SO, after not calling the Fire-Revs playoff game tonight, that's 2 straight MLS ESPN2 broadcasts that have been without Jack Edwards.

    Has the league just cut the chord now or did Jack just walk early or is there something else?

    I guess MLS is done with Jack - and instead of giving him a one month notice he got a one day notice.

    Jack is done with MLS, and there was much rejoicing.

    There's a very interesting story about how the lemmings-jumping-over-cliffs episode of that old wildlife show was a fraud, but I'll spare you.

    I never had a problem with him. Was he the right man for the job? I don't know.
