With the rapids sweet deal at Invesco and considering they will finish the year with over 20k a game in attendance. Is it safe to assume they made a profit this year?
I heard that they broke even last year, and with higher attendance and a better deal they prob did make money. Of course you´ll never hear about it, since the O/I´s use the league as a tax write off...
don't know how any of these guys do their taxes. but, i talked with your customer service director earlier in the year about this. she said she thought the rapids could be the first mls team to "turn a profit".....in another 2 years.
