Is FSW showing UEFA Cup this year?

    It starts up next week, and I don't see it on the FSW schedule.

    Setanta Sport locked up US and Canadian TV rights to a majority of UEFA Cup matches, including the final, by signing a deal with French/German sports marketing agency SportFive.

    FOX currently does not have deals to air UEFA Cup games.

    Gol TV has added 2 games.

    Gol TV, being the new network, tends to buy more products than FOX Sports World/FOX Sports en Espanol, which already has anchor products and don't really need any more products.

    FOX Sports World and FOX Sports World Canada
    will have 2 games on September 24:

    Man City vs Lokeren live at 3pm ET

    Southampton vs Steaua Bucharest delayed at 5pm ET

    Good call. I just checked the schedule and FSW are indeed showing 2 UEFA Cup matches on wednesday. And 2 Premiership teams makes it even better.
