No? I think he was only in prison one time. He had 14 charges against him and I'm sure he was held when arrested for those charges, but that's generally only until an initial hearing with a judge is held and bail is set. Those instances generally don't count as being released from prison.

It also sounds like he has pretty severe schizophrenia that is untreated and, as a result, was suffering from paranoia and hallucinations. One of the paranoias was that the government had implanted a chip in his brain that was being used to control him and that seems to have been the paranoia that triggered him to kill Zarutska.

 

Where did you see that? From what I've seen his "motive" was that he thought she was reading his mind and that the people that were controlling his mind told him to kill her.

IMHO, the defense is going to roll out an insanity defense and, tbh, there is quite a bit of evidence to support this claim. Particularly his arrest and release earlier this year that Republicans are saying shows that Charlotte is light on crime and deserves to have federal funding withdrawn/be taken over by federal law enforcement. The whole reason he was arrested was because he wanted the police to help him get the foreign material removed from his body and when they refused to help him, he called 911 to ask for help. The guy was deep into a schizophrenic paranoia and was asking for help, but because the US doesn't manage mental health crisis at all, he was released back into the public.

 

That doesn't mean it was racially motivated. He was describing the person that he killed.

 

If it was the opposite a WHITE men killing a BLACK women you wouldn't stop hearing about this in the news, especially from the Democrat side.

Describing the person he killed is different than saying I killed her because she was white. Again, the recording that you are talking about includes him saying why he attacked her. He thought she was reading his thoughts and that the people that are controlling his mind told him to attack her. You're focusing on a single part of the recording while ignoring everything else that is in the recording.

 

Do you have a substantive argument to make, or do you want to resort to personal attacks and then take it to private, if you can handle it.

If he had killed a black woman, no one would've heard the story. This story is used for political fodder. It's sad enough this woman was killed, but the whores in this administration saw a scary black guy brutally kill a white woman and saw opportunity.
