Crazy sequence! La Real hits the inside of the post and had 2 "offensive rebounds" with Oblak out of position but whiffed on both shots.

Just watch Sociedad then compare to how dull Barca was vs same Atletico team.

LPB's entire backline is out injured for tonight's match, plus their backup LB (Marcelo).

Vamos Granada! End this painful title race for once and for all.

Be that as it may, Madrid, lucky as ever, seem to have uncovered another very talented CB in Militao. He’s been pretty good for them in the absence of Ramos. That’s only one defender though, he can’t do everything by himself so let’s see what happens. Sucks that Courtios turned out to be as good as he has been too after quite a shaky start.

Why can’t we be so lucky with our defenders? Smh. To be fair, Araujo looks to be a gem too. It’s unfortunate that the rest are tosh. I’m hoping real hard that Garcia can be all that he promises to be, going by Guardiola’s words about him and Enrique not only calling him up for the Spanish NT but also starting him. He did well too.

Porto to host the Champions League final.
Fans will be allowed to attend, with each team allowed roughly 5,000 supporters.

If you’re going to move it , why not England ? They don’t want people outside stadium ?

I think the issue there is they don't want a whole bunch of people coming in from all over Europe. I am pretty sure the UK has quarantine requirements for travelers coming from certain countries.

There's also the issue of the EFL Promotional Playoff finals being played at Wembley.

The Champions League final is scheduled for Saturday 29 May.

    The EFL Playoff Promotion finals:
Saturday 29 May: Championship (aka 'The most valuable single football match in the world')
    Sunday 30 May: League 1
    Monday 31 May: League 2

Why would a bunch of people come into England if final is 2 English teams ? I know a good percentage of tickets are typically for "neutral" fans , but in this case (i am assuming limited # of people will attend) , why not sell tickets only to Man City / Chelsea fans ? Don't they have enough local fans ? :ROFLMAO:

The issue is with members of the media from "red list" covid countries not being allowed into the UK, not so much with the fans.

Watching the Mexican Liguilla and noticed that Pachuca's goalkeeper is Oscar Ustari (!)
I didn't realize he was still around. Totally forgot about him.
I remember back in the late-00s when he was with Getafe a few people on this forum brought his name up as a possible replacement for Valdes, whom those people had little confidence in.
Ustari turns 35 in July. Bounced around the western hemisphere the past 7-8 years.

They need a win IMO. At least to play in the relegation play off

Both Bielefeld and Bremen playing teams that want to reach Conference League. Or those team do not want that?

And they have a real chance as the team currently on 7th are playing RB Leipzig

So they will not take it easy IMO. If they win I say Koln will be at least 16th if they win

Koln happens to my favourite city in Germany and my family owns a house there where we visit for holidays, plus some of my relatives still live there. I have been to the RheinEnergieStadion too, which have great atmosphere. Pretty sad if they get relegated.

Crazy finish here at Inter x Juve. Juve a man down but up 2 x 1. Inter tie it up. Chiellini about to burst a vain as he claimed Lukaku grabbed him but it was the other way around.

And then Juve get an absolute BULLSHIT PK call right after that to go up 3 x 2.
