I was reading about the friendly yesterday, however there are problems since the Iranian side wants the game to be played in Tehran while the Iraqi side wants the game in Doha, Qatar.
That would be a great friendly Anything is good for us, we need as much friendlies as possible and good once to!
Why was the Sydney camp cancelled? Anyway, good luck in the confederations cup. I hope the boys show what they showed in Brisbane. All the Aussies will be supporting Iraq.
According to a source, the NFA (Namibia ) is also trying to organise a friendly match in Windhoek in June against one of the teams that will participate at the Confederations Cup in South Africa. Some of the teams being mentioned as possible opponents are New Zealand and Iraq. http://www.namibiasport.com.na/?q=node/7613
