pippo and the golden boy have both started off in the serie a and in the CL on top form, both preserving thier away and home goal scoring form.

i wonder who of the 2 front runners is ahead of the other right now, even if they posses different playing styles and who should start for the azzuri if thier was to be a friendly during this period.
note- the two have differences and have openly clashed as regards who is the better both for club and country, with delpiero getting the better of pippo while at juve and the latter being offloaded to the sansiro, while pippo was prefered in selection for the azzuri national team to partner vieri when fully fit.

i personally i love watching delpiero on the ball, was overweight and dodged by injuries in 2000-01 season, played well last season but now he seems to have regained the 1995-96 form that gave him the tag golden boy.

It will be interesting to see what happens with the Italian national team. Inzaghi, Del Piero, Vieri, and Totti are all playing well but will Trap play all of them at the same time? I don't think he will.
