    Despite the challenges of a campaign filled by absences and stalemates, our lovable heroes continue on. With the support of it citizens behind them, and a impregnable fortress to hold, and a now human leader, glory has never been far from their reach. Now, a old nemesis comes into town. The main enemy has come to test themselves again our yellow clad Crew. With absences finally easing off, and momentum of victory on their side, our heroes are beginning to show the kind of mettle that led them to the tournament championship last season.

    But the main enemy always delights in defeating our protagonists, and also come in with momentum. From THE hub of scum and villainy, the march west to our heroes home. Who will prevail?

    Early highlight, commenting on Gyasi at the Gold Cup, he indicated the Zardes did his usual stuff, setting the defensive tone and working hard. He played 120 minutes and covered 16,000 meters. What? I knew he was everywhere that match, hounding center backs, tracking back to cover for the wingers when they were caught upfield. Clearing corners. But 10 miles? That's pretty amazing for any player much less a forward.

    Then it devolves into usual CB9K drivel, mostly about how besides the 4 goals we played pretty well against NYCFC. Ugh.
