I just saw next year's Intertoto Cup draw, and noticed that there are entries from Norway (which I think essentially means that the Norwegian federation turned down a spot). I thought I recall them participating in the past. Anyone know why they decided to pass this season? By my calculations, that spot would go to Viking, Brann or Lillestrom.
I'll correct my own erroneous post. It appears that Norway has not participated in the last 2 editions, so their passing this year is nothing new.
