Why don't they wear the blue socks as pictured? Makes the bland kit look a bit better.

I have no idea and I thought they were going to wear it vs Lebanon back in March. Still, I wouldn't mind them wearing the Red-White-Red combo, the all Red is a no go.

It seems the KFA consulted with their in-house fashionistas and did away with it. Away kit should also be white-white-red.

    I'd like this lineup:

    SHJ
    JDW, YBGR, LJS
    JWY, JSJ
    RCW, KTH, HJH, LY
    JSR

Feel sorry for Ki, went to do the stupid friendlies then gets injured and soon going to do the military. Should have focused on his club career instead this summer. This going to be rough for him next season.

I don't think it's that much an achievement beating a team that got beaten by Luxembourg last year.

Even if they are not good, putting 7 goals past a decent national team is an impressive feat.

And to Luxembourg as well. :whistling:

Yeah, these arent the teams to actually prove something. We played Bulgaria twice in the euro qualifiers and they show nothing but mediocre technique in many players.

Bulgaria isnt decent at all, used to be years ago but they are getting more mediocre year after year.

It's a country having only 7 million people and one lacking resources too. The fact that they've actually once reached the semi-final in a World Cup is massive.

Yes and played in Euro 2004 as well, but all that generation is gone and now they have no talents at all. Not even in the youth.

Decent/mediocre whatever. They beat Portugal in Portugal a couple of months ago, and putting 7 past a competent team is impressive. Italians would be creaming all over the place if they beat Bulgaria 7-2.

And you guys drew 2-2 with them and could only manage 1-0 win at home.

    They're no pushovers for sure.

True but these mediocre teams arent easy to face in their home stadium, while when they play away...they do nothing. Its like a low-medium table side that manage to get a point- playing at home- against a stronger team.

They beat Portugal away from home this year. And you guys just beat them 1-0 in Italy. You might have a point if they get trounced on all the time, but they've held well away from home as well barring that 4-0 defeat against Turkey last year.

I don't know about you, but if we beat Bulgaria 7-2 in a friendly, I'd be fcking ecstatic.
