Surprisingly, their GDP per capita is 15k whilst their HDI is high at >0.800. I wouldn't necessarily call that 3rd world. Chile apply just the slightest amount of pressure and our backline coughs it up lol. We had a nice break right after the latest KJH brainfrat though.
