[International Friendly] Korea vs Bosnia Herzegovina 2018/06/01 [R]

Some HT thoughts:

1. KSY in the middle of a back 3. With the ball, it's pretty good. But he's just not a natural CB and it shows. Dzeko could have scored twice b/c KSY did not see his runs in behind him. I don't think KSY can really pick this position up quick enough and would rather just play the 4-1-4-1.

2. Fullbacks: LY is doing well, but we'll see if he can continue this for another 45 minutes. KMW with a very poor clearance leading to an easy goal. He's been mediocre overall and needed help from LJS when defending.

3. YYS - I would replace him with JSH in the second half. He needs to play the high line tighter.

4. JWY - he's having a good match. Much more effective thus far than KJC. KJC has been ok, but he needs to make more runs into the box and help out with the attack and get into goal scoring spaces.

5. LJS - I hope he's not too tired. He's everywhere on the pitch from defending deep to help out KMW

6. SHM - wtf. From terrible free kicks (why is he taking them rather than KSY or LJS or JWY who are all better than him on set pieces) to that selfish play where he shoots rather than giving the ball to an unmarked HHC for a shot at goal... He needs to trust those around him, or he will repeat everything that went wrong during the Rio Olympics.

7. HHC - well done. Well done. That being said, HHC needs to stop swallowing his frustration and just air it out with SHM. Otherwise, he won't be able to establish himself as a true partner and it's going to destroy our offensive chemistry.

 

whats the point of the rms and lms/fbs defending if the defense is at such a high line... our cbs run slower than my grandma

And 3 atb formation works when u have competent cbs...

 

He literally thown in the garbage 2 warm up matches using this tactic (Poland and now Bosnia)

 

Why test a formation that guarantees rape? Why the fck would you test a formation that is retarded to use against group F??
