AFC Toronto's Kaylee Hunter earns her 1st Canada call-up

Canada announces roster for October friendlies, including the second leading scorer of Northern Super League. The roster includes 11 NWSL players, 10 from Europe and 3 from NSL. Stoney included Hunter even though she doesn't rate the NSL, because she wouldn't have been released by her club for the U17 WC this month.

Defenders: Ashley Lawrence (Olympique Lyonnais), Shelina Zadorsky (West Ham United), Jade Rose (Manchester City), Sydney Collins (Bay FC), Gabrielle Carle (Washington Spirit), Jayde Riviere (Manchester United), Zara Chavoshi (Orlando Pride), Marie Levasseur (Montpellier HSC).

Midfielders: Jessie Fleming (Portland Thorns), Marie-Yasmine Alidou (Portland Thorns), Julia Grosso (Chicago Red Stars), Emma Regan (AFC Toronto), Florianne Jourde (Paris Saint-Germain).

Andorra-Gibraltar is an interesting derby: the two micro-territories at the opposite ends of Spain! :p

Changed to a U20 tournament. Only Benin, Nigeria, Ghana and Nigeria will now participate. How disappointing.
