I'm not so sure. Cruz Azul's second goal was bullshit. The ref was garbage, but he made terrible calls on both sides.

from a tactical standpoint, Cruz Azul was superior.

The officiating was horrible. Cruz Azul was awarded a bogus penalty, but was also robbed of a penalty. Castro should have been sent off.

However.... if we really want to examine the game.....Torrado should have been sent off in the 1st half. Sure, Villa should also have been sent off, but many players on both sides should have been booked

That's because you're reasonable. I know way too many America fans who always talk about the 'futbol espectacular' their team plays.

C'mon lets be real, both of the first 2 pk's that america and cruz azul got were bs, and yes the ref was trash. Then cruz azul should of gotten a 2nd pk, you could clearly see the america defender kicking the azul player. But all in all it was a badass game, cruz azul played better but gotta admit america didn't give up. And man villaluz what a game, also vigneri, torrado, mosqueda, ochoa, lozano etc. It would of been nice if the la galaxy would of had a friendly against the winner, see their asses get ripped :D.

There should have been 4 or 5 players red carded.

Lozano would have crashed into Silva's leg if he had kept running anyways...He didn't touch the ball either.

Everything Ochoa did was overrated in this tournament, he only made a few big saves. He did his job.

I think every player and fan has to realize they got handed to by Cruz Azul. If you don't your just plain ignorant.

Mosqueda was tugging his shirt and surrounded by Azules, that penalty call was absurd.

Once Huiqui went in, I knew it was not going to be good. He showed why he's not starting...poor Caniza..he would have shot a penalty if it came down to it, aswell as Lozano.

Catita was about to lay the beat down on gringo.

Tienen el suerte de un ratero.

They tired themselves out. and that allowed America to move up when they needed to. ..It would have been nice to see Villaluz,Dominguez, and Andrade in libertadores..

No perdio Cruz Azul, perdio Mexico

Que no se te entre lo chiva guey!

Perdio Cruz Azul por ellos mismos! Y unicamente ellos!

Riveros has a thing for the posts i guess!

If Lozano would of kept running i would agree it was a foul. But when he starts his movement to dive way before Silva touches him its considered deceiving the piece of shit ref. Thus earning himself a Yellow card instead of a PK! I guess the reff realized it and didnt award them the most clear PK in the history of the Interliga IMO.

On Mosqueda's PK, first off it could of called 2 ways. One, a PK in which they did because Mosqueda was making his cut to the ball and the defender was getting beat leaving no resource but to foul him. Second, it could of been awarded as obstruction and a "tiro Libre in-directo" but seriously what can we expect from these piece of shit refs?

Cruz Azul Had its chances its just their luck against us!

Im not saying we played a hell of a match because we didnt but we didnt get handed it to by Cruz Azul! Cruz Azul didnt finish the job! And when they went up America found a way to comeback, it might not been pretty but Football is played that way to comeback no matter if you play ugly the whole match! Even Jorge Ramos implied it! It was a hell of a match! Cruz Azul played awesome. Villaluz has a better future than Vela IMHO. Andrade is not far behind!

    They got too tired.

Huiqui??? why does he even play? Caniza getting subbed lost the game. He is like what Rafa is for the NT to Cruz Azul.

America didn't exert too much and allowed them to come back..when they did attack they became 1 dimentional..they need to work on that if they expect big things.
