Interesting development. I just tried to check on the forums at kcwizards.com and they're gone. "There are no active forums" Either the database crashed or the Wizards realized that there were too many problems with an anonymous unmoderated message board. What makes it weird is that the guy who got kicked out had posted on there that he'd decided to bring the ACLU in to his consideration against stadium security. There were a ton of other weird requests, mainly flames and trolls from random users. A lot of requests for topless pictures of Quill and Klein.
Maybe they require registration now??? Yesterday I saw the beer throwing incident thread over there with the other guy's post. When I clicked "Back to Topic", the thread was gone, but the thread returned when I hit refresh. Thought someone actually decided to kill a thread over there. Maybe they have just decided this wasn't worth it, especially since BS is just better.
Interesting development. I tried reregistering, and still nothing. Hopefully they'll have some sort of explanation, and maybe they'll direct people here. Who knows.
I noticed this as well and thought it was rather fishy. Not surprising, considering their treatment of fans at the games, if they did in fact close it due to user "unrest".
what happed to blondie? I saw him being led out and it didn't seem to be much of a fight to get him out of the stadium.
He was kicked out forever for "exposing himself". He says he didnt do it and my friend (tonymeolasgirl on there boards) was near him and also says nothing happened. Some kid who was mad at him said he exposed himself and got him in trouble...
Yeah, that's me, I'm the one that was sitting next to him. The kid that I believe made up the story of him "exposing himself" was sitting behind me the whole time I had to restrain myself from slapping him. Seriously, why do people who oppose the cauldron sit in the section next to it??? Anyway, Stephen, the guy that is being falsely accused was banished from Arrowhead and was told that if he showed up for the next game he would be arrested. This is all stupid, but if you guys were sitting near him and could call or email the front office and tell them that nothing happened, I'm sure he'd appreciate it.
i think i know the kid youre talking about. He wasnt just arguing against the blonde guy, but against the whole section. very odd. the kid has alot of balls, though, ill give him that. He was rather annoying, though.
