Yeah but we have to do better with containing these cushion leads as goal difference is important as well. So far things are promising for us this season.
true though honestly if we would have ranocchia and JJ as our main CB's like last season these game would have ended in a draw or worse....murillo & miranda are a way better pairing and will just keep on improving as the season goes on. kinda wish we had a solid LB though, JJ is not great at it and Santon is owning the RB spot

everything that could have gone wrong went wrong today. 1st half is not even over and were already 1 man down, 3 goals down and lacking confidence. I'm still optimistic about this season but the performance today showed other teams were not a difficult team to break down and we don't have a dominant force in midfield.
that was a mistake from mancini, he should own up to it. another thing that baffled me was why not play jovetic, icardi/palacio/perisic aren't creative types and kondogbia/guarin were struggling so much today. regardless we were beaten by a legit team, the first real test and we lost.
At least it's only goal difference that has them taking 1st place from us. We have the same amount of pts.
