A couple of bolivianos are heading to Tecos and I was just wanting to get some info on the club. What is the forwards situation?

Jose Alfredo Castillo was the world's scoring leader in 2001 and Roger "Sucha" Suarez pretty much sucks.

Right now Tecos has a good offense with the Brasileiro Donizetti, the Perucho Palacios and Reinaldo Navia who will be playing in La Liga next season. This is where the Boliviano Wonderkid comes in as he will replace Navia in the attack.. I am looking forwatd to this kid, who i believe is 19 yrs old. I hope he does good and represent in Bolivias National team. Players like him only make the MFL better.

    José Castillo

Tuvieron que pasar 306 minutos para que los autónomos festejaran un gol y para que José Castillo, el boliviano que llegó como refuerzo a los emplumados, se estrenara en el balompié azteca.

It was a great goal but he missed a lot of chances and after the goal, he totally dissapeared.

Tecos games are shown in TV Azteca or Azteca America.

This week Guadalajara will play Tecos on Sunday and it will be shown on Univision.

So Castillo has four goals in six games yet they're still threatening to get rid of him? What's up?

I know Tecos is in last place but you'd think they'd recognize that Castillo has been making most the goals. Unless this is one of those reverse psychology motivators.

    Interesting!

On Friday the bolivian papers said the director tecnico of Tecos had mentioned that some players had to do better and he named five players one of them Castillo.

Figures that the Bolivian papers were just trying to make copy.

Also maybe because eventhough he has scored he looks awful especially in these recent games. Castillo is just too slow for the MFL and needs to work on his speed. But I doubt they release him since he is young. Players like Tejera, who are old and slow, are the ones to get release. And Castillo scored twice today. Still he needs to work on his passing and speed if he ever is going to make it.

Yeah the kid is coldblooded in front of the goal and that's what he needs most of all.

Another thing he needs is a nanny so he doesn't come overweight to camp again. I'll bet you that next year after a good pre-torneo he'll look much better. Since he's only 19 he might bounce back to his usual form, we hope. Probably the reason he looks slow though he's never been a speedster.

Yeah but the thing is that Tecos had Navia last season, who was also coldblooded, finished better and was faster and able to find the other guys. He needs to distribute more. Otherwise he is going to be marked and erased on the field and be in situations like right he is now were he has scored but not helped the team win.

I was watching the game and couldnt help notice the lack of support the midfield gives to their forwards. Tecos has a horrible midfield. Im suprised Tecos even scored.

BOth of the goals were poacher type goals. Castillo missed a sitter but made up for it seconds later. I didnt see anything worth a chase for any forward for techos, Castillo had no reason to run at full speed. This dude has made Argentine, Brazilian, and many other south American club defenders look as if they were standing still; I think the after burners will go on as soon as the quality of the techos midfield reaches a decent level.
