Apparently Bob Carpenter just retired after spending the last 20 years as the voice of the Washington Nationals.

One of the best regular season games I had never seen. It's Godzilla (Toth) vs Kong (Slobo) in an electric match at the Checkerdome. Get your popcorn ready, the Sockers take on the Steamers for the best record in the MISL...Enjoy!

The two highest drawing teams battle at Kemper Arena. Unfortunately, the last 10 minutes of coverage are in the wind. Nevertheless, this is "One HILL" of a game...Enjoy!

Just watched this. Love all the old Neon games you and Kenn have posted. Since the CISL perfectly correlated with my teen years, that's the league and era I love most (followed by the Detroit Ignition of the MISL/XSL, and the MASL when I moved to CR and they brought in all those old Ignition guys). Every few months I check YouTube for old Neon, Rockers, and Ignition games.

Old school defensive war between the Steamers and Stars in a fairly empty Tacoma Dome. There must have been a snafu with the Steamers jerseys! Slobo and Mike Dowler are in shut down mode. Great halftime piece on Steamers public appearances...Enjoy!

Orlando looks to get their first win for Christmas in front of a sparse crowd in Orlando. The Ignition are stacked with firepower in Hewerton, Ricardinho, Worteh Sampson and Jamar Beasley. Fox Soccer Channel is the messenger for this one...Enjoy!

A couple of Twisters-Neon/Safari games are here, with one more coming soon (and someone may have the one I'm really looking for, that's TBD). I have at least two Ignition games, I do believe.

I have also recently acquired about 60 CISL games and now have seven percent of all the games played in the league's history. A lot of those will end up on this channel.

And I'm also in the process of digitizing a bunch of vintage MISL games (some of which I've not seen anywhere else) AND have a line on some never-before-seen NASL games that I'm hoping to acquire and digitize whenever.

The history exists, it's just a matter of putting in the time to pull it all together.

That was a really interesting broadcast. Our first time out of the chute on the MISL Game of the Week on Fox Soccer. We got through it somehow. Thanks for posting.

The Blast got handled and shutout in game 1, in front of 12,000+ fans in San Diego. The offense will surely wake up as they take on Alan Mayer and the Socks, in a pivotal game 2 of the MISL Finals, on the USA Network...Enjoy!
