Things probably don't get interesting for Anschutz unless they get these indicteds to turn on Nacchio. My own take is that if Anschutz didn't know he should have. Especially since he was selling stock leading up to the whole mess.
That's called plausible deniability. And really, he sold a lot of his stock (I understand) after he was no longer in the company. Hard to get inside info when you are no longer in the meetings. He's not named and he probably won't be. Which makes the NJ AG look a little dumb. He caused them to nix the stadium deal on innuendo about Anschutz, only to have Ashcroft trump with the people who were really responsible. If I were the AG's opponent in the next election, I'd make that an issue.
