As a former Clash STH and one of the early members of the Casbah back in 1995, I wanted to let the Casbah and the Ultras know about the Independent Supporters Council: http://www.soccersupporters.org/ This group grew out of some meetings between representatives of different supporters' groups at the Supporters' Summit in Seattle and elsewhere. It's designed to be a place where supporters of different teams can share information, discuss plans, and work to achieve the group's goals, as set forth in its Supporters Bill of Rights: This is not a top-down operation; there are no dues and the ISC isn't going to try to force you to do anything. Think of it more as a United Nations of soccer supporters, providing a structure that lets us all work together to promote supporters' culture in this country. I hope the San Jose supporters groups will join in and contribute; just head to soccersupporters.org and look around or pm me for details.
Define smoke bomb. The pyrotechnics laws in California are not that specific. Out here, you need to have a license for pretty much anything.
Only if you light it, in your section. Executed in the general direction of the opposing supporters' section, it is deserving of reward.
