Installment payments aside, is it true that we were actually the biggest spenders in the EPL transfer window??
Henry won Championship league Fabregas won three league titles in two different countries Patrick Vieira won four straight scudetto’s. You see how easy it is to write nonsensical comparisons?

Prince most folks know the difference between filet mignon and minced meat. Apparently you don't. Peace out!
No. He liked McDonald's. Got the disease of the lazy imperialist pigs. LOL. https://www.espn.com/soccer/blog/name/93/post/1850367/headline Only, that's not really what they're reporting at all. Here's what The Sun's source, a member of staff at the Hampstead branch of McDonald's, had to say: “None of us can believe it when we see Andrey in here with his family. He’s a regular so collects the £1.99 meal deal vouchers to cut down on the total when they’re in. “He could easily eat anywhere in town. But he says he loves the taste of our food and recognises it’s cheap for a full family.”
That's what I remembered. Just noticed Rangers badge in your profile. True story you might enjoy... Nacho Novo played out his final years in small clubs including former Carolina Railhawks (now NCFC). After the final game of the season I knew that the team would be no more. I have an original pristine season 1 jersey. Took it with me to the game. My goal was to have Kupono Low sign it...my favorite player and a local legend. Then I was going to put it away for good. Anyhoo, after the game Kupono disappeared. But Nacho was hanging around to sign things. So, I went up to him and handed him the jersey. He was about to sign it when I told him that I was looking for Kupono to sign it. He looked shocked and then disappeared into the dressing room with the jersey. I thought that would be that. But he came back out after 10 min and handed me the jersey signed by Kupono. I thanked him and he was very gracious about the whole thing. Looking back, I should have had him sign the jersey as well. But oh well. Proper nice guy and Rangers legend.
You're right. I missed the loan aspect of the Lo Celso deal. Regardless, I hope people buy Ndombele lots of cheeseburgers.
your beef sucks. <3 https://www.theguardian.com/environ...p-beef-reduce-carbon-footprint-more-than-cars
Chelsea fans must be fuming!! It's bad enough they received a transfer ban for improper dealings with youth players, but now they have to live with the fact that Manchester City was caught doing the same thing, yet manage to avoid a Transfer ban!!
Spending or net spending? According to the Guardian, Aston Villa were the only club that spent more on net. ManU spent more and City spent about the same, but both had more income than Arsenal. https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...very-summer-deal-from-europe-top-five-leagues
I remember Scott McDonald banging in goals for fun for Celtic and never getting a go for the Australian national team at a time we were dying for a goal scorer. Then I remember we did bring him in, but played him up top alone in what felt like a 5-2-2-1 or something stupid against a small Asian team, and we scraped a goal from a corner and the coach dropped him the next match. Suffice to say besides Hiddink and Postecoglou we have had some pretty technically and tactically incompetent managers.
Ironic--you prefaced this by comparing the reaction around Iwobi to you being dismayed about Wilshere leaving.
Just listening to Amy Lawrence on Arsecast talking about Tierney, how great a guy/player he is, and how he's a "defender's defender".
