Idea/question: When a mod closes a thread, why don't they make the last post be something like:

"We're gonna close this thread for a few days. Feel free to start a replacement on __date__."

Or: "New thread here."

Or: "Thread closed for a few days to give a cool-down period. I'll reopen it in a few days."

Or at least some sort of hint as to what went wrong and how/when it'll be made right.
